Our quick-turn philosophy is simple and based on efficiency. We believe that reducing lead times doesn’t involve speeding up equipment to cut machine or tank cycle times or getting plant personnel to work faster. What it does involve is the rapid fulfilment of our customer orders with dependable, quality boards, and the rapid and efficient transformation of raw materials into your design in the shortest amount of time possible.

The clock on quick turns PCBs normally starts as soon as we receive your P.O.  If we receive your P.O. by 10:00 a.m. on the day of ordering, then that day will count as day one. If the P.O. is received after 10:00 a.m., day One will be on the next business day.

Please Note: If the job requires special material, or the customer requires plot approval, the clock will start when material is received, or when the plots are approved for build. This is usually detailed in the board quote.

Rapid PCB Prototyping

Our Rapid PCB prototyping service capability is based on standard PCB designs, IPC Class I or II, a max of 12 production panels, and of course no special requirements; this is also dependent on material availability. Flexibility with material will allow us to get your product to you faster. The chart below will help:

Colorado manufacturers who need their PCBs fast can rely on Rockymountain Circuits. If you’re lucky enough to be in Colorado, we can personally deliver boards right to your facility, or you can pick them up at our plant in Boulder.
