Competitive Standard leadtime
Leadtimes in the PCB marketplace are constantly changing to reflect material leadtimes and capacity utilization. We commit to our customers that we will manage our capacity and leadtimes to reflect market conditions and always provide them with a competitive advantage.
Some of the driving forces of actual lead time are material availability, current capacity load on required equipment, and any additional tooling required. We make a conscious effort to maintain short standard lead times by employing many tools such as high-tech machines that reduce set-up time and increase production speed, a cross-trained work force to shift labor to required operations; and the use of lean and quick response manufacturing principles to reduce waiting time throughout the entire process. We compete on speed, quality, and service.
Our standard lead-time includes multilayer designs with the following attributes:
- Up to 24 layers
- Buried or blind vias
- Plugged and Plated vias
- Microvias
- Impedance control
- HASL, Lead-Free HASL, Immersion Silver, or ENIG.
- Controlled Depth Milling
- Castellation’s
- Countersinks
- Counterboring
Note:
Material must be available at the time of order. Standard RoHS (Tg180°C Td>340°C) materials are always in stock at Rockymountain Circuits. If the job requires special order materials that are not in the normal or Rockymountain Circuits specialty stock, the lead-time clock for manufacturing will begin after the material is received.
